On the hill of Pino Torinese, minutes from the city, people stop who stay a week or a month, have a van to park and in the evening just want to eat and sleep. Two independent flats — six beds on the garden floor, eight in the attic — breakfast and parking included, one contact and one invoice. Booking directly there is no portal commission, and it shows in the price.

How many people can you host?
Up to 14: six in The Green Space on the garden floor and eight in Mansarda Paradise upstairs (six beds plus two extra ones for families or groups). The two flats are independent and can be booked together.
How much is it per person?
With twelve guests it is €18 per person per night, breakfast and parking included. Smaller groups pay progressively more per head; from three nights a length-of-stay discount applies. The calculator above gives the figure.
Is there room for vans, minibuses and trucks?
Yes, in the courtyard, free of charge. Tell us which vehicles you bring so we can organise the space.
Why book directly?
Because there is no portal commission, so the rate is lower, and dinner, invoicing and timings are agreed with the people who welcome you.
How does the partner dinner work?
You choose the format and the time when booking: dinner is delivered to the flat from the partner restaurant five minutes away, or a table is reserved in the team's name.
How far is Turin?
Central Turin is 10–15 minutes by car; Chieri is on the other side of the hill.
Can we arrive by public transport?
Yes: the GTT bus line 30 from Turin stops a ten-minute walk away.
