Turin without a car
The GTT bus line 30 stops a 10-minute walk away and reaches Turin in about half an hour, where you can take the metro. Tickets are sold at newsagents or in the GTT app.
The right season
Spring for the cherry blossom of Pecetto and the trails; October for autumn colours, truffle and wineries; in summer the hill stays cooler than the city.
If it rains
The Egyptian Museum, the Cinema Museum and the Pino Planetarium are all indoors and less than twenty minutes away. Then home, and into the hot tub.

How far is central Turin from the B&B?
About 10–15 minutes by car to Piazza Vittorio Veneto, or 40 minutes with the GTT bus line 30 plus the metro.
Can you walk to Superga?
Yes: from the Hill Park trails the Basilica is about a two-hour walk with moderate ascent. By car it is 15 minutes.
Are there dog-friendly walks?
Yes, the Hill Nature Park begins a ten-minute walk from the B&B and all Pino Torinese trails can be walked with a dog on a lead.
Do I need a car to stay here?
No, but it helps. Parking is free on site, vans included; without a car the GTT bus line 30 connects Pino Torinese to Turin all day.
